House fire in Laurel

Delmar Fire Department assisted Laurel on a working houe fire on E. 6th Street late Thursday evening. Engine-Tanker 74-2 and Ambulance B-74 responded. Stations 81 (Laurel) , 71 (Blades) and 87 (Seaford) were on the initial dispatch along with Sussex County EMS Medic 102. Delmar was added to the alarm for manpower and an EMS stand-by at the scene. Sharptown Fire Dept responded for an Engine company cover up.
